Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PixViral does and does not collect, and how your privacy is protected when you use the site.

Last updated: 22 May 2026

1. Your images

This is the most important point. Every PixViral tool processes images directly in your web browser, on your own device. When you open an image in a tool, it is not uploaded to PixViral or to any other server.

Because the editing happens locally, we never receive, see, store or have access to the images you work with. When you close or refresh the page, the image is gone from memory. We cannot recover it, and neither can anyone else.

2. Information we collect

PixViral does not require an account, and we do not ask you to register or log in. The limited information involved in running the site includes:

  • Standard server logs. Like most websites, our host may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running.
  • Analytics data. Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics — see the analytics section below.
  • Contact form details. Only the information you choose to send us through the contact form.

3. Cookies

PixViral uses a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function, such as a session cookie and a security token used by the contact form. Others are set by analytics and advertising partners. Full detail is available in our Cookie Policy.

4. Analytics

We use a web analytics service to understand how the site is used in aggregate — for example, which tools are most popular and how visitors find us. This helps us improve PixViral. Analytics data is collected in a summarised form and is not used to personally identify you.

5. Advertising

PixViral is free to use and is funded by advertising. Ads are delivered by third-party advertising partners, who may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ad performance and, where permitted, to show more relevant ads.

Where required by law, you will be shown a consent prompt that lets you accept or manage how these partners use cookies. You can change your choices at any time — see the Cookie Policy for instructions.

6. Contact form data

If you message us through the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. We use this only to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not sell or share this information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the GDPR and CCPA may give you rights over personal data, including the right to access, correct or delete it, and to object to certain processing. Since PixViral holds very little personal data and no images at all, most requests relate only to contact form messages or cookie choices.

To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children's privacy

PixViral is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site or to legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.

10. How to reach us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or about your data, contact us at [email protected] or through our contact page.
