Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of PixViral and its tools (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

PixViral provides free, browser-based tools that generate videos and images using artificial intelligence. The service is supported by advertising. We may change, limit or stop any feature at any time, and we may set usage limits to keep the service available for everyone.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the service. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your content

“Your content” means the prompts, images and videos you submit. You keep any rights you have in it. You give us a limited, temporary licence to process your content solely to provide the service to you — for example, to send it to our rendering infrastructure and store the result for download.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including the consent of any identifiable person shown in it.

4. Generated output

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the media you generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI output may not be unique, and similar output may be generated for other users. Depending on your country, AI-generated media may not be protected by copyright. You are responsible for how you use your output, including making sure it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create, upload or share anything that breaks our content policy, including:

• sexual or sexually suggestive content, and any content that sexualises or endangers minors;
• depictions of real people without their consent, or media designed to deceive people about what a real person said or did;
• harassment, hate, threats, or graphic violence;
• content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• spam, scams, malware or illegal activity.

You also agree not to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or automate access to the service, to bypass usage limits, or to interfere with its security.

6. Advertising

The service shows ads, including ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. Please don’t click ads you aren’t genuinely interested in.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable, and renders may fail. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be produced. Files are kept for a limited time only; download anything you want to keep.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixViral and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to INR 1,000 (or the equivalent in your currency).

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your use of generated output, or your breach of these terms.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content generated or shared through the service infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact page with your contact details, a description of the work, where the infringing material appears, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We’ll respond promptly.

11. Suspension

We may block access to the service, without notice, for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
