1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PixViral, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

2. The service

PixViral provides a set of free, browser-based image tools for tasks such as resizing, cropping, compressing and converting images. The tools run entirely in your browser. PixViral does not host, store or process your images on its servers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use PixViral lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the site to process images you do not have the right to use;
  • Use the tools to create content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or its security;
  • Attempt to copy, scrape or republish the site for the purpose of passing it off as your own service.

4. Your images and content

You keep all rights to the images you edit with PixViral. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive your images and make no claim to them.

You are solely responsible for the images you choose to edit and for how you use the results. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any image you process.

5. Intellectual property

The PixViral name, logo, website design, text and code are the property of PixViral and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by these terms or by law.

6. Advertising

PixViral is free and is funded by advertising shown on the site. By using PixViral you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. Advertisements come from third-party partners, and PixViral is not responsible for the content of those ads or for the products and services they promote.

7. Availability

We aim to keep PixViral available and working well, but we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool or the whole site at any time without notice.

8. No warranty

PixViral is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will meet your requirements or that results will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Always keep a copy of your original images.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixViral and the people who run it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, images or profit, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use PixViral after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
